New Features Added to PACE 2, APEX, APEX Pro and VERTIX

COROS is bringing you new app and firmware updates with exciting new features to enhance your outdoor experience.

Topo and Landscape Maps

Load your map, roll the dial to zoom in and out, and use your finger to drag the map. The ultimate on-wrist navigation experience now comes to VERTIX and APEX Pro.

Galileo Support

Available on PACE 2, APEX Pro, VERTIX, and coming soon to APEX 42mm & 46mm

Enables your watch to communicate with the Galileo satellite system in addition to the GPS/QZSS, GLONASS, and Beidou networks already supported.

Walk Mode

Available on PACE 2, APEX Pro, VERTIX and coming soon to VERTIX 2

Walk mode has been a highly requested feature and we are excited to announce that is now available with a unique and new data field - Steps. Using steps during a walk allows users to use step count as a lap target (rather than mileage), with a default auto lap at 1000 steps.

ANT+ Power Meter Calibration

Available on PACE 2, APEX Pro and VERTIX

Beyond completing an indoor rowing workout with your watch, now you can auto-calibrate connected power meters via ANT+.

Additional updates include:

  • Insta360 ONE X2, ONE R, GoPro 9 and GoPro 10 camera control (PACE 2, APEX Pro, VERTIX and coming soon to VERTIX 2)
  • Allow distance option in the Workouts rest lap (PACE 2, APEX Pro, VERTIX, VERTIX 2)
  • Komoot route sync (APEX Pro and Coming soon to APEX 42mm, 46mm and VERTIX 2)

Important Notice: APEX storage has reached its limit and we won’t be able to add more new features to the watch, except performance optimization in the future.

Latest version of the COROS app is required for this update.
